Is the Summer really HALF-OVER? July 11, 2007

That’s right kids, the summer over halfway done, but there’s still a lot of stuff that we have left to do.

Soccer camp is next week, July 16-18, 5:30-7:30 PM at Grissom High School.

Cold Water Cafes are as follows: Juy 12 - 1st Grade, July 16 - 2nd Grade, July 19 - 3rd Grade, July 23 - 4th Grade, and July 26 - 5th Grade.

5th Grade Graduation is July 22 at 5:00 PM.

Basketball Camp is July 23-25 here at Mayfair, 9 - 11 AM.

Kid’s Rally is July 29 at 4 PM at Mayfair.

Water Daze is July 31 at 10 AM at TBD.

VBS 2007: Our Adventure to Avalanche Ranch June 14, 2007

Well, our adventure to Avalanche Ranch with the VBS crew this week was amazing! Thanks to all you guys and gals who came out and made it a great week. We had lots of fun with crafts, activities, singing, and pies in the faces, but most importantly, we learned more about God’s word…and that’s all that matters.

If you didn’t see something that you would like to see at VBS next year, or you saw something you didn’t like, comment on this or email us…we’d love to have your input.

The First Week of Day Camp June 1, 2007

Hey guys! The first week of DayCamp is this Monday, June 4th, starting bright and early at 7:30 A.M. Remember to bring a sack lunch with you when you come, and also a smiling face! Registration/Check-In will be in the Fellowship Hall on Monday and in the Gym every day after that.

Busy Busy Busy! May 30, 2007

Hey guys! The interns would like to encourage you to come out to all of our upcoming activities this first few weeks of summer. Next week is DayCamp Week 1, where we will have all sorts of things for you to do all week. Vacation Bible School the next week (June 11-13) and we’re taking you on a great adventure to Avalanche Ranch and learn more about our everlasting Savior, Jesus Christ. Then, prepare for two more weeks of DayCamp!

We’ve got a very busy June planned for you, so you can be excited about the things happening this summer!

Hey guys and gals! My name is Chad Landman and I am one of your summer interns this summer, along with Katy, Amber, and Luke. We are super-excited about this summer and especially about Summer Blast-Off! We’re going to shoot off rockets and go skating and play lazer-tag and everything! IT’S GONNA BE GREAT! Hey guys! I’m Amber Williams, one of your summer interns for the summer! I’m ready to have some fun and get to know all of you. Summer Blastoff is looking great and I am really excited about starting our summer of with a BANG. Before we start the summer I thought you might wanna know a little about me. I’m from Savannah, TN and I am a junior(almost senior) at Freed Hardeman University. I love to play sports and I love music. So, don’t be afraid to come say hey! I look forward to meeting everyone here at Mayfair!

Howdy, ya’ll! I’m Katy Chaffin and I’m back for a second summer here at Mayfair! I had an absolute blast last summer and am so excited to be back! This summer is going to absolutely jam-packed full of fun! I can’t wait for blastoff and am looking forward to seeing a lot of ya’ll there! See ya there!
